Now in its second year, the all-day International Street Food Fair at Aylsham Market Place on Sunday 12 July will feature selections of food from all over the world
And we are inviting street food vendors of world food to join us to introduce these spicy, aromatic and simply delicious specialities to a new market eager to try something new. However, as we already have thriving pizza and ice cream outlets in our town, it would be unfair to invite extra competition.
Aylsham is a thriving foodie town with monthly Food & Craft markets and home to Slow Food which hosts an annual food festival and an independent beer and gin festival.
Last year we trialled our first International Street Food Fair to celebrate 20 years of Slow Food in the town which, despite the rain, attracted large numbers of visitors from across Norfolk and Norwich.

The price of a pitch is just £25 paid in advance, please. Power and water is available.

Alongside your vans, we hope to have a few food and drink and craft stalls in the Market Place, with entertainment and a children’s face painter.
The event starts at 10am and closes at 6pm. Any vehicles not selling directly from a hatch (eg shepherds huts) must be cleared before 10am. There is free parking in the Buttlands car park in Mill Road or in Burgh Road.
