The aroma of hot street food from around the world will fill the Market Place for the town’s second International Street Food Fair in July..

The tang of spices and herbs from the East will mix with African specialities, and the sweet scent of the Caribbean and distinctive rich smell of paprika, onions, garlic from Europe – all will be in the air at Aylsham Market Place on Sunday 12 July.

Food from South Africa, Spain, Thailand, Hungary, and Mexico among others will be on offer from 10am to 4pm.

Entertainment will be provided by the Kate Munro and Samantha Norman duet, Fiasco, on violin, accordion and clarinet providing folk music from all over the world, and the ever-popular face painter, Rose Weaver from CrazySkins, will transform children’s faces.

So, cancel Sunday lunch for that day. You are invited, instead, to a special buffet of exotic world street foods – and no flying involved.
