An invitation to stallholders for the Aylsham Food Festival

Slow Food Aylsham is gearing up for the 2023 Food Festival held on its traditional slot – the first weekend in October.

And as the three-day Festival always coincides with the monthly Farmers’ Market in the Market Place, we are inviting stallholders to join us in the Town Hall on Saturday 7 October.
Market traders who have been before will know how it works but for newcomers, the process couldn’t be simpler.

Farmers Market in Aylsham Town Hall.

The event opens at 8am and closes at 1pm. Vehicles are allowed in the Market Place until 8am but must be cleared by then. There is ample free parking in the Buttlands car park in Mill Road or in Burgh Road.

The cost of a 3m x 3m stall is only £20 but, because we have been let down in the past, we are asking for the full amount to be paid in advance (see booking form attached). The Town Hall can take about 20 stalls – so plenty of room.

Traders are, of course, welcome to bring their own display stall as long as it does not exceed the space allocation.

We will also need to have sight of your public and product liability insurance.

Refreshments will be available in the hall.

Please book now if you are interested and we will reserve a place for you.
